Venvee Nominated for Celebrate Jeffco Start-Up Company Award

Venvee has been nominated as a finalist for the Start-Up Company Award at Celebrate Jeffco, the West Metro Chamber’s annual business awards gala!

As of January 12th, 2023, Venvee has been nominated as a finalist for the 2023 Start-Up Company Award at Celebrate Jeffco!

Out of 41,000+ businesses and 600,000+ people across Jefferson County, our team at Venvee is honored and grateful to be one of the select few companies highlighted at the West Metro Chamber’s annual business awards gala.

The award ceremony will take place on Friday February 17th on the Colorado School of Mines campus, where videos speaking to the story of each finalist will be played, and awards announced after.

Having been founded by a Mines alumni in December of 2021, Venvee has deep roots within the Economic and Development Center (EDC) of Jefferson County, which has supported the growth of the company through programs, resources, and local connections. Many of these have been brought to Venvee through the Jeffco EDC’s relationship with the Mines Venture Program and Mines McNeil Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. 

In Addition to having roots with the Jeffco EDC, Venvee is also deeply connected to the local community, sourcing most of the company’s talent through direct relationships with the Colorado School of Mines, and working with as well as learning from local retailers such as Yo Colorado and Tattered Cover.

Without the support of the local community, our team at Venvee wouldn’t be where we are today, and as such we are truly honored to be nominated for this award.
