Using novel single camera technology across fully connected client journeys, Venvee is able to capture action recognition, with a primary focus collecting in-store purchasing intent, and actions taken after ad influence.
How it Works
Venvee uses advanced artificial intelligence combined with novel single camera technology to recognize and flag intentful client actions. The AI is trained using shopping-based human actions for increased accuracy, and linked to a pre-mapped and customizable set of store zones, allowing for a specific focus on contextual actions based on continuous client journeys, such as “a client moved from a specific advertisement to a specific zone in which the advertised item was placed”.
This is done without the use of Personally Identifiable Information.

Through custom floor plan mapping, retailers can create x-y polygons labelled for specific zones based on their current store layout. By using single camera technology, Venvee accurately matches zone coordinates to x-y position data for accurate zone interaction data.

From Ad to Zone
Using the above methodology, Venvee is able to capture and credit actions taken immediately after ad impression. By understanding what a client does after ad exposure, retail media companies and brands can accurately measure media placement and advertisement effectiveness for increased transparency. In-Store Intent
Through Action recognition, Venvee’s software has the capability to measure intent based upon actions in pre-determined zones. As clients move through a store, their x-y position is accurately collected. By matching x-y coordinates with a floor-plan customized and pre-mapped with zones, zone intent can be measured (such as when a client enters a zone for an extended period of time).
By connecting Venvee’s data with PoS and loyalty data, a retailer can determine if a product in a specific zone was purchased. If it was purchased and the client dwelled in the zone for an extended period, brands can use client intent data to retarget shoppers without brand loyalty.
